Zabaglione al Caffe` d'Amore (per due)

This recipe is located on the inside cover of my CD "Caffe D'Amore"

we may live without poetry, music and art,
we may live without conscience, and live withou heart;
we may live without friends, we may live without books,
but civilised man cannot live without cooks!
He may live without books; what is knowledge but grieving?
He may live without hope; what is hope but deceiving?
He may live without love; what is passing but pining?
Bur where is the man that can live without dining?

Fortissimo 'Trio' Tomato Sauce

this is the wonderful tomato sauce that I make to my dear old dad's italian recipe, and that gets flogged at all the Fortissimo concerts to raise funds for a local city charity. The sauce comes with a recipe booklet of ideas and cooking stories suggested by members of the choir. Very nice to add to a Hamper.
